Twenty-ninth in violation of these regulations, one of the following acts shall be punished by the scenic area management agencies:
(a) the destruction of scenery, change the original terrain, quarrying, dredging soil, burial, in addition to being ordered to make corrections, restitution, compensation for economic losses, and may impose a fine of more than 200 yuan and less than 5000 yuan;
(two) without the consent of the scenic area management agencies to collect specimens, wild herbs, etc. , confiscate the illegal income, and may impose a fine of more than 200 yuan 1000 yuan;
(3) Those who engage in business activities without approval or according to the approved location and scope shall be ordered to correct or revoke the Scenic Area Business License, their illegal income shall be confiscated, and they may also be fined more than 200 yuan 1000 yuan;
(four) do not obey the unified management of the scenic spot management agencies, destroy the order of the scenic spot, be warned and ordered to make corrections.
Thirtieth in violation of the relevant laws and regulations of scenic spots, which constitutes a crime, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
Thirty-first if a party refuses to accept the decision on administrative punishment, it may, within 5 days from the date of receiving the decision on punishment, apply for reconsideration to the organ at the next higher level of the organ that made the decision on punishment; You can also bring a lawsuit directly to the people's court. If a party fails to apply for reconsideration, bring a lawsuit or perform the punishment decision within the time limit, the organ that made the punishment decision shall apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
Thirty-second construction administrative departments or scenic area management agencies in violation of these regulations, respectively, by the competent department at a higher level or the construction administrative departments at the same level shall be investigated and dealt with according to law; Its staff dereliction of duty, abuse of power, corruption, given administrative sanctions by their units or the competent department at a higher level; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
