What information does BSCI factory need?

I. Labor Contract

Every worker must sign a labor contract, and the sample of the labor contract is provided by the labor bureau.

Position, salary, start and end dates, the probation period of one-year contract shall not exceed one month, and the three-year contract shall not exceed three months.

Workers sign, and the factory legal representative signs and seals.

The workers should be sent a copy of the contract.

Every worker in the factory should have an employee file.
