Application conditions
(1) The applicant is at least 18 years old and has a household registration in this city, but residents who have taken refuge in their children to obtain a household registration in this city cannot be regarded as applicants; If the applicant has formed a family, it shall file an application for waiting for public rental housing with the family as the unit. If the applicant's spouse and minor children have a household registration in this city or hold a residence permit in this city for one year, they shall be listed as a * * * relationship with the applicant; The parents and adult children of the applicant (spouse) with household registration in this Municipality may be the same as the applicant (at least one parent has a deep household), but they may not enjoy any other preferential housing security policies in this Municipality repeatedly during the lease period;
(2) If the spouse of the applicant is an active serviceman, he/she may not be restricted by the time limit of household registration and residence permit in this Municipality. If the adult children of the applicant move out of the city because of military service or attending full-time schools, they are deemed to have household registration in this city. If the applicant's minor children move out of the city for schooling, they shall be deemed to have the household registration in this city;
(3) Applicants who have participated in social insurance (endowment insurance or medical insurance, excluding children's medical insurance, the same below) in this city for more than 3 years. If the applicant has a bachelor's degree or above or an intermediate title or above, he shall pay social insurance in this city 1 year or above; The applicant, * * and the applicant belong to the Disabled Persons' Federation and are recognized as disabled persons of Grade I, II, III and IV, or are recognized as special recipients of pensions and subsidies by the civil affairs departments, and are not subject to the time limit for paying social insurance;
(4) The applicant and his spouse, minor children or other * * * applicants (and their spouses) have not owned any form of self-owned housing (including housing construction land) in this city, have not received housing subsidies, have not transferred their own housing in this city within 3 years before the date of application acceptance, or have separated due to divorce;
(5) The applicant and his spouse, minor children or other applicants (and their spouses) have not rented any form of affordable housing (including low-rent housing and public rental housing) in this city;
(VI) Those who receive monetary subsidies for renting houses in this Municipality may apply for waiting for public rental housing in accordance with these Measures. Those who are already housing candidates and rent public rental housing will stop enjoying monetary subsidies for renting houses. During the lease subsidy period, those who rent public rental housing shall return the corresponding subsidies, except those who enjoy low-rent security subsidies.
