Founded in 1945, after 60 years of baptism, Aoqili Group is a comprehensive large and medium-sized daily chemical enterprise, ranking among the top 500 economic enterprises in China and the top 50 economic enterprises in China chemical industry. The company, formerly known as Wuzhou Branch of China Plant Oil Factory, was renamed Wuzhou Refinery of China Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. on 1958. 1962 was renamed Wuzhou daily chemical factory; Wuzhou Daily Chemical General Factory was established in1992; 1994 was reorganized into Wuzhou daily chemical co., ltd; 1998 was established as Guangxi aoqili group co., ltd; In 2002, it was restructured into Guangxi Aoqili Co., Ltd., which was owned and controlled by the famous Xiao Sheng institution; In 2003, foreign capital was injected and it became a Chinese-foreign joint-stock enterprise.
At present, Aoqili Group is a private joint-stock company jointly funded by dozens of enterprises including Guangxi Aoqili Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Aoqili Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Aoqili Co., Ltd., and its headquarters is located in Guangzhou.
