1. Prepare a computer/mobile phone with network connection, and then open the online processing platform;
2. After entering the platform, click "Login/Register" in the upper right corner;
3. Enter the login interface. Please note, first click "Log in as a legal person", and then click the small red print below "Register an account now". It must be noted that it is impossible to apply for online processing by registering a personal number;
4. Enter the legal person registration interface, and remember that the information must be filled in correctly and truthfully as required. Remember to write down the account password so as not to forget it;
5. After the registration is completed, log in to the account just now, go back to the home page, find "I want to do it", and click on the tobacco monopoly retail license to issue. Then click "New Tobacco Monopoly Retail License" in the figure;
6. After entering the page, you can see a series of information, and then click the "online processing" button;
7. Then you will enter the page to fill in the basic information. Just fill it out as required. After the information is checked correctly, click "Submit". The online application process for the new tobacco license has been completed. There will be relevant staff to deal with it systematically, and the staff of the local tobacco bureau will take the initiative to contact you and make an appointment for on-site verification.

Enterprises or individuals engaged in the retail business of tobacco products shall, upon the entrustment of the superior tobacco monopoly administrative department, issue a tobacco monopoly retail license upon examination and approval by the administrative department for industry and commerce of the people's government at the county level. If a county-level tobacco monopoly administrative department has been established, it may also issue a tobacco monopoly retail license upon examination and approval by the county-level tobacco monopoly administrative department.
