Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 According to the requirements of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant documents, combined with the actual situation of the school, the enrollment charter of Inner Mongolia Normal University in 2022 is formulated.

Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 7 The school has established the Undergraduate Admissions Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Admissions Committee") according to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, and major issues are decided by the school's Admissions Committee through collective discussion.
Article 8 The Admissions Office of the School Admissions and Employment Office is responsible for the daily management of undergraduate enrollment in the college entrance examination. The Admissions Office and the staff of colleges who participate in the enrollment work should conscientiously implement the spirit of the relevant enrollment documents of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (cities, autonomous regions), and strictly select and train the enrollment staff to ensure the orderly enrollment of schools.
Article 9 The school shall set up an enrollment supervision team, headed by the secretary of the school discipline inspection commission and the Ombudsman, and composed of relevant personnel from the discipline inspection commission and the Ombudsman's office to supervise and inspect the whole enrollment process.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Admission Batch
Article 10 According to the educational and teaching resources of the school, social needs and students' situation, formulate provincial and professional enrollment plans, submit them to the enrollment management department of the province (city, autonomous region), and publicize them according to the regulations after approval.
Article 11 Admission batches
1. Art: Undergraduate students in the area are admitted in advance, and arrangements are made outside the area according to the specific requirements of each province (city, autonomous region).
2. Sports: Undergraduate students in the area are admitted in advance, and arrangements are made outside the area according to the specific requirements of each province (city, autonomous region).
3. Liberal arts, science, liberal arts and science: there are one batch of undergraduate courses and two batches of undergraduate courses in the area, and arrangements are made outside the area according to the specific requirements of each province (city, autonomous region).
Chapter V Enrollment Conditions
Article 12 The enrollment conditions and bonus points policy shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022 (J.J. [2022]1No.) and the spirit of the relevant documents on enrollment in various provinces. The results of cultural courses refer to the results of college entrance examination plus policy points. Tianjin, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan, Hebei, Liaoning, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Guangdong provinces shall be implemented according to the admission method of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022, and the professional volunteers reported by candidates shall meet the requirements of the elective subjects of this major.
Thirteenth physical examination in accordance with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "guiding opinions on physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities" and related regulations.
Article 14 Specialties with special requirements:
1. English majors and directions require candidates to use English as a foreign language.
2. The English major of Foreign Languages College requires candidates to meet the qualified standard of oral English, with English listening score 12 and English score 1 10 or above. Liberal arts English majors require candidates to score above 80 points in English.
3. The major of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics in the School of Mathematical Sciences requires candidates to score above 80 points in mathematics. The major of science mathematics and applied mathematics awarded by Mongolia requires candidates to score above 60 points in mathematics.
4. The economics major (experimental class) of the School of Economics and Management requires candidates to score above 80 in mathematics.
5. Physical education, social sports guidance and management in the Institute of Physical Education require candidates to achieve 85 points or above in professional courses.
6. Fine arts majors, design majors and animation majors are required to reach 75% (including 75%) of the total score of the national fine arts examination.
7. The major of Tourism Management in International Exchange College requires candidates to have a foreign language score of 70 or above.
8. Requirements of aviation service art and management major of Tourism College:
(1) Normal facial features, well-proportioned figure, no obvious "O" and "X" legs, no joint diseases or deformities; There are no obvious scars, tattoos, smokeless scars and self-mutilation scars on the exposed parts of the body.
(2) The height of boys is 175cm ~ 185cm, and that of girls is 163cm ~ 175cm.
(3) No color blindness, weak color, strabismus, and unilateral whispering hearing of not less than 5 meters.
(4) The age is not more than 20 years old, that is, born after 2002 1.
(5) For other physical health conditions of candidates, please refer to the Administrative Rules for Civil Aviation Personnel's Physical Examination Certificate (CCAR-67FS-R4) and the Medical Standards for Physical Examination and Appraisal of Aircrew and Air Traffic Controllers (AC-67FS-00 1).
9. Vocal music and instrumental music of all music majors must meet the requirements of professional direction or remarks.
Chapter VI Admission Rules
Fifteenth admission method: the school actively cooperates with the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) for online computer admission, and all of them adopt the online remote admission method.
Article 16 The enrollment work of our school follows the principles of "fair competition, open selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", and implements the enrollment system of "the school is responsible for enrollment and supervision" stipulated by the Ministry of Education. Distribution principle of enrollment plan: according to the actual situation of school development, combined with the regulations of various provinces (cities and autonomous regions) and the number and quality of students over the years, it will be adjusted on the basis of the previous year.
Seventeenth file proportion in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). Admission principle: clear professional volunteers. For candidates who have already filed, when the candidates' admission ranking results are the same, the relevant preferential admission policies stipulated by the state will be given priority; Secondly, liberal arts and liberal arts candidates are selected according to language (Mongolian A or Korean, the same below), liberal arts integration, foreign languages and liberal arts mathematics. In the new college entrance examination reform, candidates from all provinces are sorted according to the total scores of Chinese, foreign languages, mathematics and elective subjects.
Eighteenth according to the relevant provisions of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions), adhere to the comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, in accordance with the principles of justice, fairness and merit, and in line with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provinces.
1. The majors of art, music and choreography use the unified examination results of the corresponding disciplines and majors in the place of origin in 2022, and the results of the college entrance examination and professional unified examination must reach the minimum admission control score of provincial undergraduate courses. Details are as follows:
(1) The scores of the unified examination for fine arts majors, design majors and animation majors reached more than 75% (including 75%) of the total score of the unified examination for fine arts majors in their native countries, and the ranking score was the score of cultural courses.
(2) The ranking score of radio and television directors is culture class.
(3) The ranking score of musicology major is comprehensive, and the comprehensive score = cultural course score ×40%+ unified examination score ×60%.
(4) Music performance professional ranking results are unified examination results.
2. Composition and composition technology theory and dance science majors use the results of the joint entrance examination of composition and composition technology theory and dance science in Inner Mongolia University of the Arts in 2022, and the scores of college entrance examination and professional joint entrance examination reach the minimum admission control score of undergraduate courses in the autonomous region. The ranking result is the result of the joint exam.
3. The aviation service art and management majors use school examination results. The results of the cultural course in the college entrance examination reached the lowest control line of other art undergraduate courses in the autonomous region, and the results of professional school examinations were qualified. The ranking score is comprehensive, and the comprehensive score = cultural course score ×40%+ school examination score ×60%.
4. Sports, social sports guidance and management majors use the results of the unified examination of physical education majors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the cultural course of the college entrance examination reaches the lowest control line of physical education majors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with the scores of the unified examination reaching 85 or above. The ranking result is the result of culture class.
5. Public foreign language teaching only offers English and Japanese. Candidates in other languages need to choose English or Japanese to study public foreign languages after entering school.
6. Admission of normal students at public expense shall be carried out according to the document requirements jointly issued by the Education Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Office of the Organizational Establishment Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Finance Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The enrollment targets are outstanding high school graduates with household registration in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and meeting the registration conditions for the college entrance examination in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In order to ensure the signing rate and registration rate, all majors of public-funded normal students only accept professional volunteer candidates and do not accept professional adjustment.
7. Admission to the orientation training plan for outstanding teachers is implemented in accordance with the documents jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, the Central Organizing Committee, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the People's Bank of China and the National Rural Revitalization Bureau. The enrollment targets are outstanding high school graduates with household registration in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and meeting the registration conditions for the college entrance examination in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In order to ensure the signing rate and registration rate, all majors in the excellent teacher orientation training program only accept professional volunteer candidates and do not accept professional adjustment.
8. All majors and directions of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, school-enterprise cooperation in running schools and mutual recognition of international undergraduate degrees do not accept professional adjustment.

Twentieth students must pay tuition and accommodation fees, according to the standards approved by the development and Reform Commission of the autonomous region.
Twenty-first schools strictly implement the undergraduate financial assistance policies formulated by the Science and Education Department of the Ministry of Finance, the Finance Department of the Ministry of Education and the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center.
Twenty-second strictly abide by the principles of school enrollment, put an end to fraud in the process of enrollment, and once verified, severely deal with acts that violate the principles and disciplines of enrollment. Freshmen are strictly examined according to regulations after entering school. Upon examination, those who lie about their personal information and do not meet the requirements for registration shall be disqualified from registration according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in People's Republic of China (PRC) National Education Examination and the Criminal Law Amendment (IX), and reported to the Education Admissions Examination Center of the Autonomous Region for treatment. Anyone suspected of breaking the law will be handed over to the public security organ for handling.

Article 24 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in schools, subject to the actual examination and approval by the competent department at or above the specific enrollment level.
Article 25 Inner Mongolia Normal University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
