Prior to this, the Southern Opera in Wenzhou had appeared in the Xuanhe period of the Northern Song Dynasty. However, the Southern Opera produced at that time was sung by Li Xiang's songs, which only appeared in the activities of offering sacrifices to gods, such as social fire, and it has not yet formed a real Southern Opera. Only in Song Guangzong Southern Dynasties (1190 ~1194) did mature dramas such as Zhao Zhennv and Wang Kui appear and become real dramas. Pujiang, as the birthplace of random bombs in Pujiang, has influenced all the states of Wu, Yan, Qu, Chu, Wen, Taiwan Province and Jiangxi. In order to make a living, singers wander around and travel around, which has a great influence on the formation and development of Southern Opera. As a result, the growing Southern Opera absorbed a large number of Nangong tunes, the tunes of Pujiang chaotic opera, and gradually abandoned the "alley ballads", naturally finishing the arrangement and standing out after integration.
During the hundreds of years from the end of the Southern Song Dynasty to the middle of the Ming Dynasty, Pujiang has been popular in the world in the form of "assorted classes" of rap art, which lasts forever. By the middle of the Ming Dynasty, the Sanqu of Pujiang began to be put on the stage in the form of sitting and singing, so the wind of setting up a stage for acting prevailed in Pujiang. There is a stage in Tongmudian Village, Pujiang, which was built in the late Ming Dynasty (1622) and is as good as ever.
After the formation of stage art, the random drama in Pujiang spread rapidly in neighboring counties, overwhelming Kunqu opera with absolute superiority, which not only made the literati learn about the party and other things, but also made the guests feast on acting as a ceremony, and developed into a troupe applauded by the government to perform in the county government, which was called catching the drama. In the Qing Dynasty, a poet named Zheng Guidong wrote, "I am happy to send an extra meal and play in the city to welcome the gods." Wonderful dancers and singers are not drunk, and the countryside greedily watches random bomb classes. "It can be seen that the prosperity of the entertainment industry at that time and people's love for Pujiang indiscriminate bombs.
From the thirty-eighth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (16 10) to the eighth year of Chongzhen (1635), Pujiang Luantan Opera Troupe gradually flourished, but its basic activity area was Wujiang River Basin. People in Jin, Qu and Yan provinces are familiar with the road of traditional Chinese opera, and they need a good troupe to act. Because these three States were called "Shangsanfu" in ancient times, the Pujiang random bomb class that can be performed in these three States is called "Shangsanban". Troupe with poor quality can only perform in Tonglu, Fuyang and Hangjiahu, which are not familiar with the road of traditional Chinese opera. Hangjiahu area was called "Xiasanfu" in ancient times, so these troupes who went to Hangjiahu area to perform were called "Xiasanban". Class Three in Senior High School can perform difficult plays, which are called "Qurou Play", such as Ancient Yulin, Shi Sande, Pearl Tower and Double Destiny, while Class Three in Junior High School can perform "Outcrop Play", such as Tielingguan, Niutoushan, Phoenix Mountain and Three Arrows. During the reign of Qing Kang Gan, the random bombs in Pujiang not only prevailed in the vast areas of central, western and southern Zhejiang, but also spread to Jiangxi, Fujian and southern Anhui. Its timbre is mostly absorbed by other operas, and Zhejiang and Pujiang are tuned into a loud cavity of Gan Opera. Zhejiang tune, that is, 357 in Pujiang random bomb, is the second time in Pujiang random bomb, Qin tune is the female palace reed flower in Pujiang random bomb, and the old plectrum is the plectrum in Pujiang random bomb, accompanied by flute. In particular, the rules that the three-five-seven-foot system vocals and the Lu Hua-Gong Zheng system vocals are used differently in the same play are also inherited by Jiangxi operas, while Zhuji and Shaoxing are related to Pujiang, and Jinhua, Dongyang and Chuzhou are actually branches of Pujiang.
During the light years of the Qing Dynasty, the players of Pujiang's random play were out of touch, and the Kunqiang opera class in Yiwu, the Huizhou opera class in Jinhua and the flirt class in Xinchang took the opportunity to flood in, which greatly affected the Pujiang's random play class and gradually declined, resulting in the "Kunqiang period" in the history of Pujiang's random play. The so-called "chaotic period of Kunqu opera" refers to absorbing the strengths of Kunqu opera and improving its own contingency measures in the face of the impact of Kunqu opera and Huizhou opera. That is, insert the head of Kunqu opera into the aria of the repertoire and absorb the advantages of Kunqu opera in large quantities to improve themselves. Then, Pujiang Luantan class transited from Kundun period to Huidun period, absorbed Huiban's repertoire and sang with Huidiao. In the end, Pujiang Luantan, which has a deep mass base, absorbed the advantages of Kunqu Opera and Huizhou Opera, enriched itself and prospered again. In the twenty-sixth year of Guangxu, the ceremony for the inauguration of a heavenly platform, known as "the first in the south of the Yangtze River", consisted of 14 troupes, of which Pujiang random bomb troupe accounted for 60%, which was obviously dominant.
Since the twenty-fifth year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty, Pujiang random bomb classes have mushroomed. According to the general practice of acting in various places, the play in the venue must start with a high tone, and the Pujiang random bomb class is the "temple-boarding class" which starts with the gong sound and is in a leading position. Dengdian class has the right to start the gong first. If a class doesn't know the rules and starts a gong without authorization, the Dengdian class can take their ancestors away as punishment. Violators must step on the Eight Immortals to apologize to the Dengdian class, and the Dengdian class can only be performed after it is returned to the ancestors.
When Pujiang Luantan Opera Troupe is thriving, Pujiang Luantan Singing Troupe is also developing at an alarming speed, and it is enduring. In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China, the Bodhisattva of Pujiang Chenghuang Temple opened its light, and 120 "Shifang Class" attended the opening ceremony. Two-thirds of these "assorted classes" are from Pujiang and Kunqu Opera, while the others are from Huizhou, Tanquan and Liudiao. At that time, there were thirteen classes of Pujiang random assorted classes in Shima Township alone.
During the period of Kuomintang rule, the random bombs in Pujiang were devastated, artists were displaced, class clubs were incomplete and on the verge of extinction. At that time, there was a saying that "an official calls himself an emperor and goes hungry when he steps down." When the gongs and drums rang, they were swept away. "Such proverbs fully reflect the pain and hardship of artists living under the oppression of Kuomintang reactionaries. 1942, the Japanese invaded and Pujiang fell. Affected by the war, only Lou Xinyu, Xinchun, Cheng Yonghe, Wang Yonghe, Huang Yonghe and He Jinyu were scattered in Pujiang. By 1947, there were only two troupes left in Pujiang, He Jinyu and New Year.
After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), Zhejiang Wu Opera Troupe was established in Jinhua City, and the popular operas in Wuzhou were collectively called Wu Opera. At the same time, various counties and cities also set up theatrical troupes. As a result, the random play in Pujiang has become one of the main voices of Wu Opera. Quxian reorganized the Pujiang Spring Festival class, which was performing in the local area at that time, and established Quzhou Wu Opera Troupe. After the reform and opening up, Pujiang County's literary and art propaganda team was also changed to Wu Troupe, which created and performed a large number of traditional plays scattered in Pujiang, covering most parts of Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian and other places, and was well received and loved by the people. As a result, Pujiang random bomb flourished again.
Nowadays, like other traditional arts, Pujiang random bomb has lost its former glory under the turbulent wave of commodity economy. With the disintegration of Wujiang Opera Troupe in Pujiang County, some rural operas produced in the reform and opening up have also died out. So far, only three or four troupes have managed to survive under extremely difficult conditions. But the random shooting in Pujiang is the art that really belongs to farmers. It is deeply rooted in people's hearts and has tenacious and vigorous vitality. According to the survey statistics, there are still 83 Pujiang random bomb "mixed classes" active in Pujiang urban and rural areas.
