Our institute has set up a leading group for production safety with Comrade Su Jianzhong as the team leader to guide the work of production safety, strengthen the leadership and coordination of production safety, set up a "rescue and relief team" and a part-time "safety officer" post, and gradually formed a top-down organization system for production safety with sound functions, effective command and quick response.

Second, strengthen daily road safety supervision.

During the "Spring Festival travel rush Peak", holidays, Golden Week and important periods, a strict safety inspection scheme was formulated, focusing on the safety hazards of rural highway bridges, construction sections and dangerous goods transportation enterprises, and the inspection responsibilities and methods were clarified, which provided a guarantee for strengthening comprehensive safety management and improving the traffic environment.

Our hospital, together with transportation administration inspection brigade, traffic patrol suburban squadron, Yang She squadron of urban management law enforcement brigade, Donglai police station and other departments, carried out a two-month special rectification of illegal vehicle operation in Qingcaoxiang area, combed and inspected the licensed operation of transport vehicles around Qingcaoxiang area, and established a long-term mechanism of "the rectification situation remains unchanged, the road personnel remain unchanged, the departments are linked with each other, and the illegal control is not corrected", forming a perfect network and comprehensive coverage. Actively carry out the investigation and management of potential safety hazards, coordinate all functional offices to conduct a comprehensive investigation of dangerous goods transport enterprises, black cars and key roads and bridges according to the source safety supervision responsibilities of the Traffic Management Office, and strengthen the supervision responsibilities. Fifth, increase investment in safety projects.

In XXXX, our institute has two large and medium-sized repair projects, Donglai Middle Road and Xixin Line, with an investment of about 7.43 million yuan, and the engineering quantity of the reconstructed road section is 14720㎡, all of which have been completed and opened to traffic. By the end of 10, minor repairs and maintenance of 33 rural roads, including Zhenxing North Road, Zhenxing Road, Jianglan Line, Laozhai East Road and Laozhangyang Highway, have been completed, with an investment of about 2.68 million yuan and a maintenance area of19812.14m2. In the third quarter, the rate of good roads increased from 82% at the beginning of the year to 83.2% (rural roads 8 1.52% village roads 85. 12%).
