On August 15, 2008, Dongguan Zhong Da Science and Education Network Technology Co., Ltd. and China International Electronic Commerce Center signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Dongguan International Electronic Commerce Platform Project, upgrading the "Dongguan International Electronic Commerce Platform" to "Dongguan International Electronic Commerce Platform".

Dongguan International Business Platform has become the only e-commerce platform in Dongguan and even the whole country where enterprises participate and cooperate with the Ministry of Commerce.
