This system needs to run in windows operating system environment, and the browser version is Internet or above.
Browse IE settings. When logging in to this system, please add the system address as a trusted site. The steps are as follows:
1. Open IE browser, click the "Tools" option in the menu bar, and select the Internet option from the drop-down list.
2. Select the tab in the pop-up window, and then select
Then click the button.
3. In the pop-up window, add the address of the system to the area, and then click the button.
Second, the system login
Enter the Sichuan government service network, as shown in the figure below:
Click the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the above interface, and the page shown in the following figure will appear:
Click the "legal person login" link, first enter the mobile phone number/unified social credit code, then enter the password, and click the login button. The page after successful login is as follows:
Take the login of a design enterprise as an example. Click "municipal departments" and "Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" on the first two pages, and then search for the keyword "design" of specific qualification category on the third page. Finally, click the Apply button, confirm the business type as "Design" on the fourth page, and enter the Design Enterprise Edition, as shown in the following figure:
As shown in the above figure, the corresponding functions of "Housing Municipal Performance" and "Housing Municipal Performance Query" are supplementary performance records.
Third, performance report.
(a) Performance reporting requirements
1. The engineering results generated by the project link business. When a construction unit handles a project with a construction permit by using the integrated platform "Construction Permit Management System", it shall automatically become the performance of the participating enterprises through the way that the construction unit handles the completion acceptance and filing. The construction unit used the integrated platform to handle the completion acceptance and filing management projects. The platform automatically generates a completed performance for the participating enterprises in the comprehensive platform in the "municipal performance of housing construction" list, and automatically enters it into the unified enterprise performance database of the whole province.
2. Supplementary record of engineering performance in the province. Supplementary project performance refers to the project that has been completed and has a construction permit or a certificate that the administrative department of housing and urban and rural construction at or above the county level and the relevant departments agree to start construction. When an enterprise enters the integrated platform to make up the project performance, it should fill in the whole process as required and enter the enterprise performance database only after it is approved by the competent department where the project is located.
3. Supplementary records of project performance outside the province. For the engineering projects undertaken by construction enterprises outside the province in our province, the construction enterprises should supplement their engineering project information through the comprehensive platform, and submit the basic materials of the engineering project to the overseas offices of our bureau where the project is located, and the audited engineering performance will enter the enterprise performance database. The performance of projects outside the province is only displayed on the website of the Sichuan Provincial Housing and Construction Department, and the provincial department does not push it to the national four libraries and one platform.
(ii) Operational guidelines for reporting performance
If the project construction unit has handled the construction permit or completed the completion acceptance for the record, the enterprise, as the responsible subject, will automatically associate the synchronous performance data information in the list of performance records to be reported, and the enterprise only needs to select the project, supplement and improve the relevant information and report it.
