Most numbers begin with "2767", 1600 or above. Sometimes, the staff of the emergency center will tell them, "This is 120. If you stop calling, harassing calls will still come in. No way, we generally ignore harassing calls. "

Ningbo Emergency Center immediately docked with Ningbo Housing Construction Committee, Ningbo Communications Administration and the three major operators, hoping to find out the reasons and severely punish those involved. The reporter then contacted a person in charge of the customer service department of China Unicom Ningbo Branch, surnamed Chen, who said that after investigation, they found that these numbers were indeed Unicom. The person in charge said that the number is in their place, and the full name of the user unit is Beijing Evergrande Tianchuang Technology Co., Ltd., and the details are still being verified. The other party said that it was an automatic call process.
Manager Chen said that China Unicom has a monitoring mechanism for users' violations, mainly through mass reporting and active monitoring. For example, if this does not meet the original agreement and is reported or complained, we will shut down the business; There will be some abnormal outgoing calls, which will be rechecked. If there is a problem, we will also close it.
The reporter also contacted Beijing Evergrande Tianchuang Technology Co., Ltd. mentioned by Manager Chen. Chien Sun, deputy general manager of the company, said that during the period from June 165438+ 10 to February 65438 last year, they did open several digital trunk lines in Ningbo Unicom, but the users of the lines were not them, but a company in Ningbo named Mengfei Network Technology Co., Ltd. Because this company in Ningbo is not qualified to be a call center and cannot open a voice line, it wants to apply for a line with the qualification of this company in Beijing and then transfer it to its own name.
Chien Sun said that at that time, they learned that the other party had a line in Ningbo, and they were familiar with the operators, so they could handle the telephone sales of real estate and wanted to take advantage of their company's qualifications. "We communicated with him in advance. Before you start this business, you must transfer to your own company name. If you can't get through, you'll have to go offline. Unexpectedly, something happened in the testing stage. Chien Sun said that these calls were indeed from Ningbo Mengfei Company, but why did they call "120"? He speculated that the data might be wrong when entering the telephone number. The ultimate goal is Ningbo Mengfei Network Technology Co., Ltd. The reporter contacted Wang Xin, the person in charge of the company, and his answer was a bit unexpected: it was hacked. Wang Xin said that they had called the police and the server could not dial "120" normally. They found that the IP addresses of the attackers were all "British Cayman Islands" and so on, and there were many.
Wang Xin said that the company's telemarketing team has been dissolved, all outgoing calls have stopped, all lines have been dismantled and all personnel have been dissolved.
Wang Xin's company mainly dials by hand, and a few dial by computer software. However, he would not disclose which developer he served, nor would he disclose the details of the cooperation.
