There are three types that can use ICBC's online payment function:

1, static password users (users who signed a contract at the counter before September 0 1 2006 but did not apply for an electronic banking password card or U shield)

2, dynamic password card users

(1) Go to any savings office of ICBC with my valid certificate and peony card used when registering online banking, submit an application form for online banking (users who have previously handled online banking at the counter need to fill in a change form to apply for a password card), and declare to the counter that the "e-commerce" function is enabled.

(2) Before making the first payment, please log in to ICBC Online Banking "Personal Online Banking Login" to modify the online banking login password. The payment password is a combination of numbers and letters, and activate the password card (see the instructions for using the electronic password card for details).

(3) The password card can be used 1000 times, and then it needs to be reapplied at the counter.

(2) Before the first payment, log in to ICBC online banking to install the driver and download the certificate.

There are three steps to using U shield:

Step 1: Install the driver

If it is the first time for you to use personal online banking on your computer, please refer to ICBC's personal online banking system setup guide, adjust the computer settings first, and then install the U shield driver. Drivers of different brands of U Shield can only be used in this brand. If you want to install by CD, please run the U Shield CD and select "System Upgrade" on the main installation page. The system will automatically detect and prompt you to install the patch. After installing the patch, please select "Driver Installation" to install the U shield driver.

Step 2: Download certificate information

After applying for the U-Shield, you can entrust the teller of ICBC outlets to assist you in downloading personal ID information into the U-Shield, or you can log in to ICBC's personal online banking and enter "User Service-Self-Download Personal User ID" to complete the download of ID information. Please make sure that the U shield is connected to the USB interface of the computer before downloading. If download is unsuccessful, please go to the counter.

Step 3: Use the U shield happily.

After logging in to personal online banking, you only need to insert the U shield into the USB interface of the computer according to the system prompt, and enter the U shield password, which will be verified by the banking system to complete the payment business.
