(a) release the employment information of the disabled;
(2) Organizing vocational training for the disabled;
(three) to provide services such as vocational psychological counseling, vocational adaptability assessment, vocational rehabilitation training, job-seeking orientation guidance, and employment introduction for the disabled.

Article 37 of the Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons stipulates that public employment service institutions established by relevant government departments shall provide employment services for disabled persons free of charge. The employment service agencies for the disabled organized by the Disabled Persons' Federation shall organize vocational guidance, employment introduction and vocational training free of charge, and provide services and help for the employment of the disabled and the employers to recruit the disabled.
For employers, it is the legal responsibility given to enterprises by law to arrange employment for the disabled in proportion. Enterprises that have jobs suitable for the disabled shall give priority to them, and shall not refuse to arrange employment for the disabled on the grounds of paying the employment security fund for the disabled.
