Guangxi SME Service Center is a public welfare institution directly under the Industry and Information Technology Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Its main responsibilities are to undertake technical services such as policy and regulation publicity, entrepreneurship counseling, management personnel training, technology application promotion, foreign cooperation and exchange, and information construction.
