Elvis Presley, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, graduated from Tongji University with a bachelor's degree in engineering geology and a master's degree in transportation engineering. He has been engaged in highway design, engineering supervision, construction, toll management and municipal engineering, and has become an expert in highway design and municipal engineering through years of unremitting efforts. During my work in Highway Design Institute, I participated in and presided over the design of Shenshan Expressway, Wuxuan Expressway, Gaojiexian, Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge, Wuxuan Road and Xuanguang Road. During my work in Hengtong Company, I completed the wiring construction of Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge, the test section of Wuxuan Road, the 5- 1 bid of Jiefubang Phase II, and the high-boundary cement-soil test, saving 5 million yuan, of which Wuxuan Road test project won the third prize of Science and Technology of China Highway Society; During my work in the design institute, I assisted the dean to complete three system reforms and company transformation; During my work in Yuhuan Center, I completed three system reforms, strengthened project management and improved the management ability and level of the project company. During my work in Yuhuan Company, I carried out the company system reform, stabilized the main business income, set the strategic goal of all-round development, and realized the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets. Papers published in national first-class journals include: Calculating the Final Settlement of Soft Foundation by Fitting Curve with Quadratic Polynomial, Working Procedure of Soft Foundation Supervision, Discussion on the Principle of Compacting Sand Pile to Strengthen Soft Foundation, Predicting the Settlement of Soft Foundation Embankment by Back Analysis, and Semi-rigid Subbase of Cement Stabilized Soil.
During my work in Anhui Highway Design Institute, I was awarded the title of "Academic Leader".
