Why does Rongjiang New District only recruit employees?

Work needs. Rongjiang New District is a new urban district established in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. According to the announcement issued by this new district, only employees are recruited because of work needs. The Management Office is responsible for the political, economic and social affairs management of Pinglu Village, Xinlu Village, Bashang Village, Wuling Village, Dangtang Village, Huxing Village and Luodu Village in Huangjinling Sub-district Office of Ganzhou Development Zone, and actually performs township functions.
