8. Other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the state secrecy administrative department.
To apply for confidentiality qualification, a listed company shall meet the following conditions in addition to the above eight conditions:
1. It has not been subject to administrative punishment by the securities regulatory agency in the last three years;
2. Perfect internal control and information disclosure system;
3. The actual controller promises to keep the holding position unchanged during the application period and the validity period of confidentiality qualification.
2. Which enterprises can't declare confidentiality qualification?
The following enterprises cannot declare confidentiality
1. Companies controlled or directly invested overseas (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) cannot apply for military secrecy qualification;
2. Foreign investors and their concerted actions indirectly invest in companies that account for more than 20% of the capital contribution, and cannot apply for military secrecy qualification;
3. 5. What are the basic procedures for on-site review?

After the on-site review, the on-site review team shall report the relevant materials of the on-site review to the national or provincial, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government's military confidentiality qualification review office within 10 working days.
6. On-site review results?
The results show that
On-site review results are classified as "passed", "failed" or "suspended". According to the confidentiality qualification standards and grading standards of the corresponding level, the full score is 500 points, reaching 450 points or above, passing in the on-site review, and reaching 450 points or below, failing in the on-site review. In the review, it is found that the applicant does not meet the basic requirements listed in the scoring standard, and the review shall be suspended. Units that have not passed the on-site review will not accept the re-application within 6 months. If the on-site review is suspended, the on-site review shall not be conducted again within 3 months.
7. How to declare enterprise qualification?

1. The proposal form is issued by the equipment contractor's application acceptance point for qualification examination, the China Academy of Sciences, the security agency of the headquarters of the Military Industry Corporation (including China Academy of Engineering Physics), the security agency of the general contractor or the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other relevant departments in the State Council as stipulated by laws and regulations, and other departments or units are invalid to fill in;
2. If the security agency of the general contractor fills in the Proposal, it shall supplement the contract (decrypted) and other materials that can reflect the situation of the general contractor. If relevant materials cannot be provided, this application form is invalid;
3. The classified proposal issued by the equipment contractor qualification examination application acceptance point is different from this proposal form and has the same effect as this proposal form;
4. This application form shall not involve state secrets. If the information such as project or product name code is classified, it shall be decrypted;

6. If you have (intend to) undertake multiple project tasks, you only need to fill in the project task with the highest security level.
