The truth is, employers want more than a beautiful resume and wonderful suggestions. Getting an ideal job requires a lot of thinking, research and networking. You may need 10 to 15 hours of career search every week, says Marla McGraw, director of career management at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.

He realized that he liked doing business and decided to study for an MBA. After completing the self-evaluation process, he saw that his experience in management personnel, schedule, equipment and logistics had been well transformed into supply chain management, which was the road he pursued.
7. Talk to the employer after the company's activities.
One mistake I saw was that students took part in activities sponsored by their employers, but left without talking to anyone. Most recruiters or company representatives will stay after the speech, sometimes for half an hour, so that people can walk up to them and get to know them personally. Then the student will have business cards and contacts that can be used in the future: after I met someone at a campus activity last month to apply for a job, these relationships may be very important.
8. Use LinkedIn
Because of social media, it doesn't matter where you come from or what your lineage is. You can cross any obstacle network. If your LinkedIn profile looks great, they will accept your invitation, even if they have never heard of you before. Over time, establishing a dialogue with the company's recruiters or sales representatives will pay off. Then find a reason to contact them, which can reflect the skills and value you bring. It may be an update about its company, team or individual contribution that you see in the news. This may be a theme suggestion, or even a suggestion that a good person in your network should take a non-competitive role in the company. The idea is that you create a relationship. 10. Skip the obvious questions and talk more about your own advantages.
