The whole space is full of design and technology. Chivalrous Island is relatively more satisfactory. It pays more attention to the maximum utilization of workstations, which is no different from ordinary office buildings in Chengdu, but the environment is not bad.
2. Working atmosphere: Walnut has many young teams and freelancers. Because of the comfortable environment, freelancers generally consider this place. Chivalrous Island is a mixed bag of fish and dragons, and its positioning is not clear.
3. Price factor: At present, it is cheaper for the two companies to cooperate in Chengdu. Other ones in Beijing and Shanghai are very expensive, and the decoration design is not good, which may not be acceptable.
4. Geographical location: At present, there are more points and choices on Chivalrous Island, but the corresponding prices are also rising. Walnuts are mainly divided into pro and mini. The price is relatively stable, and the number of PROs is relatively small. Perhaps because they pursue quality, they are not so aggressive in pursuing quantity. But the mini-space seems to be their own. This is much more, and many bookstores and cafes can see it.
Generally speaking, if your home is close to two stores, I suggest choosing walnut. After all, enjoying the office is the dream of every office worker.
