The official name of the Liaison Office Building is Westport Center, which is located at No.0/60 Connaught Road West, Sai Ying Pun. The Liaison Office has Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories Engineering Departments in Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan, No.6 Yoyo Road in Kowloon Tong and Siu Lek Yuen Metropolitan Plaza in Sha Tin respectively. The Liaison Office has three offices in the Mainland, namely, Guangdong Liaison Department (located in Guangzhou), Shenzhen Office and Beijing Office.
