2. News F8-(Everyone knows this-Start option)
3. Select the security mode-(Note: it is not the security mode with command, but the security mode. F8 first option)
4. Enter the login password-(enter your startup password, even if your account is deactivated, you can log in here, don't worry).

6. Start-Settings-Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Computer Management-System Tools-Local Users and Groups-Users-Administrators-Right Click-Properties
7. Find "Account has been deactivated"-uncheck the previous box-click OK-restart.
