Introduction to 0
Since 1999 China Geological Survey was established and carried out geological survey, the state has invested a lot of manpower, financial resources and material resources to carry out basic, public welfare and strategic geological survey nationwide. In Northeast China, basic geological, mineral geological and hydrogeological investigations have been carried out around Daxinganling metallogenic belt, eastern Jihei metallogenic belt, Liaodong-Jinan metallogenic belt, Songliao plain and Sanjiang plain. At present, 382 geological survey projects and 9 geological research projects have been completed, involving project funds of about 700 million yuan.
It is one of the four functions of Shenyang Geological Survey Center to undertake the reception, storage and service of public welfare geological achievements in Northeast China. Relying on archives, Shenyang Geological Survey Center carries out geological data reception and management services in Northeast China. Since the implementation of the geological data cleaning project in the Geological Archives, the Archives has cleaned up 8398 original (before 2000) geological achievements and 5 geological research reports 102 15. Since 2006, it has successively undertaken various basic geological electronic data of the National Geological Archives. By the end of 20 13, 359 items of national geological survey results in Northeast China have been received, forming a veritable geological data information base of the trinity of regional collection data, geological survey results data and basic geological information in Northeast China.
Since China Geological Survey started the construction project of socialized service system of geological data information on 20 10, the National Geological Archives has taken the construction of geological data information base as its work focus, requiring regional centers to study the existing work level, understand the demand of local governments for mineral resources, and serve the competent departments of land and resources. On the basis of fully analyzing the collected materials, we went deep into local governments and project undertakers to carry out demand surveys. According to the demand, we selected the Land and Resources Bureau of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province, Baishan Municipal People's Government and Liaoning Geological Survey Institute as the objects of developing geological information service products, formulated detailed implementation plans, and determined the goal of developing one service product in 1 year and completing a series of products in three years, which made a beneficial attempt for the development of geological information service products.
1 thinking on the development of data information source service products
Geological data information is the results of words, data, charts, audio-visual and electronic media formed by geological technicians in geological investigation and scientific research, including original records, specimens, cores and other physical samples, as well as paper materials such as words, maps, tables and laboratory data, as well as hydrological, remote sensing, geophysical, geochemical, aeromagnetic and gravity data. These data are not only important first-hand materials for people to understand geological structure, master metallogenic regularity and find ore deposits, but also the labor results obtained by geologists through hard work in the field. How to make good use of geological data and develop high-quality service products has always been our thinking.
1. 1 scientific and rational use of information sources
In order to develop good service products, it is the key link to fully grasp geological data and information. In the past three years, no matter whether the clients are local governments, land and resources management departments or geological prospecting units, after determining the direction of service products, we sat down to seriously organize the comrades in the museum, define the tasks, implement the responsibilities, consult the collection materials in detail, make a basic analysis of the existing geological data, divide the relevant data, form a unified understanding and detailed technical route, and provide first-hand information for the next work.
1.2 Make full use of external force to increase efficiency.
After determining the service object and service area, closely centering on the goal, we adopted the mode of linking up and down, giving full play to the advantages of provincial geological archives with a large number of local geological data, trying our best to mobilize their enthusiasm for participation, and established a geological data information linkage mechanism among regional museums, provincial museums and municipal and county land and resources bureaus, which achieved good results. In the project of serving baishan city government, Jilin Geological Archives assisted in inquiring all historical geological data in Baishan area, and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and baishan city County Land and Resources Bureau marked the specific coordinates of all mining rights (mining rights and exploration rights) and newly discovered mineral areas; Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture service project, Jilin Provincial Department of Land and Resources and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Land and Resources Bureau provided the Layout Blueprint of Mining Rights in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of State Land and Resources Bureau; The service project of Anshan-Benxi area of Liaoning Geological Archives provides the distribution of mining rights, the distribution map of regional boreholes in history and the work degree map of several geological prospecting units.
The above methods greatly expand the geological data information of the service area and increase data information for the next comprehensive study.
1.3 Expert consultation, processing integration
After summarizing all kinds of data, in order to improve product quality and better serve local governments, we hired experts in the fields of minerals, geophysical exploration and geochemical exploration who are familiar with the geological conditions of Jilin Province and Liaoning Province to analyze and study the integrated data, and selected Jilin Geological Survey Institute, Jilin Geophysical Exploration Institute and Jilin Geological Environment Monitoring Station as cooperative units to integrate, superimpose and classify the above data into maps and prepare a comprehensive research report.
1.4 product output and social benefits
Since the implementation of socialized geological information service for three years, it has completed the development of geological information data integration service in Baishan area of Jilin Province, geological information data integration service in Yanbian area of Jilin Province and data integration and service in Anshan-Benxi metallogenic belt of Liaoning Province, and achieved good social effects and won favorable comments from governments at all levels.
1.4. 1 product development of geological information data integration service in baishan area of Jilin province
This achievement was completed on 20 1 1. The service product is 1 set of comprehensive research report on data integration services (including the text of the comprehensive report, 9 comprehensive research drawings and 1 comprehensive research atlas).
After 7 months' work by the project team and expert group, the product collected the achievement data and historical data of Shenyang Geological Survey Center and Jilin Provincial Archives, and divided the data in the basic geological database. The land and resources department of baishan city has registered and inquired about the exploration right, mining right and newly discovered mineral land, and established a database of regional mineral land, exploration right and mining right. Jilin geological environment monitoring station helps to establish spatial data layer. Through the processing and mapping of geochemical data and geophysical data, valuable data integration results have been obtained. In the aspect of geochemical data integration, the key research fields of basalt and four gold geochemical prospecting prospects are put forward. In terms of the integration results of geophysical data, the key (integrated) exploration areas of baishan city Iron Mine and the prospecting prospects of Sandaogou, Changbai Xinfangzi and Fusong Beigang in Hunjiang District 1 1 polymetallic are put forward. According to the integration results of geological and mineral data, a new idea of prospecting breakthrough and intensive management of iron ore resources in Laoling metallogenic belt is put forward.
1.4.2 Development of geological data information data integration service products in Yanbian area of Jilin Province
This achievement was completed on 20 12. The service product is 1 comprehensive research report of data integration service (including the text of comprehensive research report, 10 comprehensive research map, 1 comprehensive research atlas).
The project invited experts to determine the division principle of metallogenic belts, comprehensively analyzed the metallogenic geological characteristics of each belt and its correlation with geophysical and geochemical anomalies, and divided 9 A-type metallogenic belts and 4 B-type metallogenic belts in Yanbian area. There are large and medium-sized deposits in the A-grade metallogenic belt, and the geophysical and geochemical anomalies are highly consistent. There are only a few ore deposits or occurrences in the type B metallogenic belt, and the coincidence rate of geophysical and geochemical anomalies is low.
1.4.3 data integration and service product development of Anshan-Benxi metallogenic belt in Liaoning province
This achievement was completed on 20 13. The service product is 1 set of comprehensive research reports on data integration services (including: text of comprehensive report, 9 comprehensive research drawings, 1 comprehensive research atlas).
The mining history of iron ore in Aberdeen area can be traced back to 1930s. After decades of construction and development, Aberdeen has made great contributions to the national economic development. The state has also invested a lot of money in this respect, and carried out geological survey, general survey, detailed investigation and exploration, and accumulated drilling footage10 million meters. Since the national geological survey was carried out in 2009, a number of key exploration projects have been carried out in this area, further improving the geological work in this area.
During the implementation of the service product development project, we systematically collected the historical geological data and drilling data of Anben area in the Geological Archives of Liaoning Provincial Department of Land and Resources, collected the results report of Anben area of Liaoning Provincial Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources and the comprehensive research results of Shenyang Geological Survey Center, and cut, classified and integrated geophysical data such as gravity and magnetism and geological basic data such as geochemical exploration and remote sensing. Organize professionals to conduct comprehensive analysis and research on the integrated data. According to geophysical and geochemical anomalies, the division scheme of metallogenic prospect prediction area is put forward. The local division of An is divided into nine iron ore prospect prediction areas, such as Zhen-Tuolong Town, Tangmazhai-Anshan-Dagushan, Yangcaozhuang-Hujiamiao-Qianqianshan, for the reference of government departments and competent geological exploration units.
Enlightenment from the development of service products in 2003
The development of service products in the above three years has enabled us to have a further understanding of geological data information service and a deeper feeling about the development of geological data information service products. After reviewing and summarizing, we have three experiences.
2. 1 Improve the service product development system as soon as possible.
Over the past three years, we have personally realized that local governments, land management departments and geological prospecting units have a strong demand for service products. At the same time, I also feel that there are problems in the development of service products, such as lagging information and untimely data integration, especially the lack of authoritative professional institutions to conduct comprehensive research, which leads to insufficient research depth and low quality of service products. The development of geological data information service products is a systematic project that needs in-depth analysis and research, and it is far from enough to rely solely on the data information management department.
2.2 Establish a special fund to carry out this work.
The country has invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in geological prospecting for decades, and some of these achievements have been shelved and some have become a pile in the warehouse. From our three years of concrete practice, we have found the direction. In the overall prospecting planning of local government, Baishan Project successfully declared 1 national comprehensive exploration areas and 2 provincial comprehensive exploration areas according to the prospecting prospect prediction and service product suggestions. Yanbian project timely adjusted the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for mineral resources prospecting of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Land and Resources Bureau, and established two local key prospecting areas; The Anshan-Benxi metallogenic belt project has formed a historical borehole data distribution map, which has avoided the repeated work of the subsequent project construction and saved the state funds. If the state establishes a special research fund, establishes relevant organizations and conducts special research, it will greatly bring into play the role of geological achievements data funded by the state in the past, improve the utilization rate of funds and obtain better prospecting benefits.
2.3 Improve the information base and stabilize personnel.
At present, there is a shortage of geological archives warehouses and service places in six major regions and some provincial archives. The storage of geological data, the storage of confidential physical data, the secondary processing and comprehensive research of geological data all need large venues and places.
The geological data management team also needs to be young and knowledgeable. Only by establishing a modern data information management team can we meet the needs of geological data information service under the new situation and undertake the important task of national mineral resources economic development and construction.
3 Conclusion
The development and service of geological survey information service products is a long-term and arduous task, which is of great significance for comprehensively improving the utilization rate of geological data, making overall consideration of geological work deployment, guiding geological prospecting and project declaration, and supporting the mining management of local land and resources departments. To do this work well, the key is four aspects: first, the direction of users and services should be clear, and users have a strong demand for geological survey data and information; Second, unite and mobilize the enthusiasm of local geological data management departments and give full play to their advantages in possessing a large amount of data; Third, there must be a comprehensive and familiar R&D team as a support; Fourth, there must be stable financial support.
To sum up, with the rapid development of economy and society, geological survey information service products will play an increasingly important role in actively serving social development, paying equal attention to resources and environment, and building an ecological, civilized and harmonious society.
