After the Olympic Games, the All-China Sports Federation moved from Taipei Gymnasium to Huaining Street to rent a house, and its chairman Jack C. K. Teng resigned. 1961February 24th, after Yang Sen took over as director, the All-China Sports Federation was able to move to the National Shooting Committee in Xindianxi, Suwon Road, Taipei. 1962 is for the training of the 4th Asian Games, and is borrowed from the gymnasium of Taiwan Province Provincial University. However, Taiwan Province Province and Israel were prevented from attending the meeting. After that, the All-China Sports Federation moved back to Suwon Road. Later, the Taipei city government implemented flood control works to build dikes, and the National Shooting Committee building was just outside the dikes, so it had to be demolished. Because Yang Sen is the chairman of the shipping company, the Sports Association first moved to Ross Road Minsheng Shipping Company, and then moved to the Japanese dormitory of Xiamen Street Minsheng Shipping Company in less than half a month.

Finally, the American school in Taipei lent out the old school building for use, and the All-China Sports Federation moved in on August 1964, and finally had a fixed meeting place. After Yang Sen reorganized the clubhouse, no sports committee of the clubhouse moved in. Because the original land belongs to the state-owned real estate bureau, it became an illegal building after the lease expired, so it faced the problem of relocation. Yang Sen hoped to have a suitable venue to move out or buy land directly, but all failed. Then the office is full of disasters. First, because of the fire, the office, showroom and many precious materials of the sports association were burned down. The following year, Typhoon Elsie and Typhoon flosi struck separately, knocking down the office building and leaking water everywhere. Then, with donations from business people, according to government regulations, illegal buildings can be replaced by flat-roofed houses and continue to work.
