Entry from Hong Kong via Shenzhen-Hong Kong Port must meet the following conditions:
1. Holding a certificate of negative nucleic acid test results within 72 hours issued by a qualified testing institution recognized by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. Accept centralized isolation medical observation for 14 days.
The full text of the circular is as follows: In order to properly cope with the recent changes in the epidemic situation of COVID-19 in Hong Kong and ensure the safety, health and customs clearance order of the people entering through the Shenzhen-Hong Kong port, the circular is hereby issued after communication and consultation between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
From the morning of July/KOOC-0/7, 2020/KOOC-0/0: 00, the entry personnel from Hong Kong via Shenzhen Port shall be subject to centralized isolation medical observation/KOOC-0/4 days with the negative results of nucleic acid testing within 72 hours issued by qualified testing institutions recognized by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Important business personnel, cross-border truck drivers, cross-border students who have been exempted from entry quarantine and those who meet the mutual recognition policy of Guangdong and Hong Kong quarantine medical observation will continue to implement the existing regulations.
