Chongqing: Establish a preferential housing selection mechanism for talents and a special preferential policy for talents to purchase houses.

10 On June 26th, Chongqing Real Estate Association issued "Proposal on Providing Quality Services for Talents to Purchase Commercial Houses in Our City" (hereinafter referred to as "Proposal"), clearly proposing to establish a housing priority mechanism to support talents and set up special preferential policies for talents to purchase houses.

According to the proposal, in order to further implement the relevant arrangements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government on improving the talent housing problem, Chongqing will be built into a more attractive and competitive inland open talent highland, and the first set of commercial housing will be purchased for the talents identified by the talent management department of Chongqing to provide quality services. Under the guidance of Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee, the Municipal Real Estate Association issued an initiative to all member units and real estate development enterprises.

The "Program" has four contents, including setting up a green channel for talents to buy houses; Establish a mechanism to support talents to choose houses first; Set up a special preferential policy for talent purchase, and publicize the talent purchase policy.

Specifically, in setting up a green channel for talents to buy houses, real estate development enterprises should set up a green channel for talents to buy houses in the sales department (case field), recommend "star real estate consultants" or "champions" selected by the municipal real estate industry association, and provide "one-on-one" introduction, consultation, trading and other services for talents. At the same time, through the Chongqing real estate exhibition platform or the online sales platform independently built by enterprises, it provides efficient and convenient services for talents to see houses, consult and explain.

In establishing a mechanism to support talents to choose houses first, real estate development enterprises should do a good job in registering the demand for talents to buy houses, explaining the project situation and introducing public information. In order to purchase the first commercial housing for talents recognized by the talent management department of Chongqing, the relevant systems and operational procedures for priority housing selection and purchase are formulated in combination with the actual situation of the project.

In terms of setting special concessions for talents to buy houses, real estate development enterprises can rationally plan profits and set sales prices according to the actual situation of project operation and sales, encourage high-level talents to buy the first commercial housing, and take additional preferential measures on the basis of the same concessions.

At the same time, the "Proposal" requires that real estate development enterprises should strengthen the education and training of sales staff's business ability level, housing transaction regulations and talent housing policies, and do a good job in publicizing Chongqing's talent housing policies.

Chongqing Real Estate Association pointed out that it is hoped that member units and real estate development enterprises will respond positively, strive to set an example and demonstrate, and provide quality services for all kinds of talents who have contributed to Chongqing's economic and social development to purchase commercial housing. Real estate development enterprises can combine this initiative to study and formulate personalized service measures and submit them to the Municipal Real Estate Association.
