To apply for promotion to Grade B qualification of surveying and mapping, the following conditions shall be met: the total value of surveying and mapping business completed in the last two years shall not be less than 4 million yuan, and more than two surveying and mapping projects have obtained quality inspection certificates issued by quality inspection institutions recognized by the administrative department of surveying and mapping geographic information at or above the municipal level.
3. To apply for promotion to Class C qualification of surveying and mapping, the following conditions shall be met: the total value of surveying and mapping business completed in the last two years shall not be less than 500,000 yuan, and 1 above surveying and mapping projects shall obtain quality inspection certificates issued by quality inspection institutions recognized by the administrative departments of surveying and mapping geographic information at or above the county level.
4. There is no requirement for surveying and mapping performance assessment if you apply for the professional scope of navigation electronic map making or Internet map service.

Qualified surveying and mapping units shall pass the ISO9000 series quality assurance system certification; Grade B surveying and mapping qualification units shall pass the ISO9000 series quality assurance system certification or pass the examination by the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping geographic information; Class C surveying and mapping qualification units shall pass the ISO9000 series quality assurance system certification or evaluation of the administrative departments of surveying and mapping geographic information at or above the municipal level; Class D surveying and mapping qualification units shall be examined and qualified by the administrative department of surveying and mapping geographic information at or above the county level.
Those who apply for the professional scope of Internet map services are not subject to the restrictions as prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
