After setting up a housing provident fund account and depositing the housing provident fund, employees can apply to transfer the housing provident fund deposited in their original workplace to the transfer center. Transfer to the center to complete the following business within 3 working days:
(1) employee application.
When employees apply to the transfer center for transfer and connection in different places, they shall provide the following materials:
1. The applicant's valid identity document;
2 "Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places" in duplicate;
3 other materials used to verify the applicant's housing provident fund account.
If more than one employee of the same unit handles the transfer and connection of housing provident fund in different places at the same time, he may entrust the unit manager to apply on his behalf and provide the following materials:
1. Power of Attorney for Centralized Application for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places;
2. Application form for transfer and continuation of housing provident fund in different places in duplicate;

4. The valid identity certificate of the unit manager;
5. Other materials used to verify the applicant's housing provident fund account.
(2) Inspection and acceptance.
Turn to the ground center to review employee information on the spot according to the application materials. If the information is consistent, it shall be accepted and stamped on the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places, one of which shall be handed over to the employee or unit manager. If the information is inconsistent, it will not be accepted and the reasons will be informed.

After the transfer center accepts the employee's application, it generates the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places (Attached Table 3), uploads it to the National Platform for the Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places (hereinafter referred to as the platform), and transmits it to the transfer center.
In the center where the business system is directly connected with the platform, the business information of housing provident fund transfer and connection in different places is sent from the central business system to the platform for transmission. For the business system that is not directly connected to the center of the platform for the time being, the remote transfer and connection information is sent to the platform through the platform WEB client by manual input.
