He graduated from Henan Institute of Education majoring in Chinese, and obtained an MBA from The Open University of Hong Kong. He is currently a director of China Calligraphers Association, a member of China Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of China Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of Henan Civil Servants Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of Henan Poetry Society, a distinguished calligrapher of Henan Bookstore, and the president of Ruyang Liu Painting and Calligraphy Institute in Henan Province. He used to be the deputy director of the Finance and Taxation Inspection Office of the People's Government of Henan Province, the deputy director of the Office of the Joint Conference on the Construction of Social Credit System in Henan Province, and the deputy inspector of the Finance Department of Henan Province.

Mr. Zhang Zhaoqing loved calligraphy and literature since childhood. For more than forty years, I have been working and writing by the pool after work, and I still don't know how to "harmoniously" mahjong. Calligraphy started with Yan Ti and Wei Bei, studied Erwang, Su Shi, Mi Fei and Wang Duo, and then traced back to Erwang, Zhang Xu and Huai Su from Wang Duo. He has studied in the training class of Calligraphy Training Center of China Calligraphers Association, and the advanced calligraphy class of China Academy of Art and China Calligraphy and Painting Institute. He has been carefully guided by masters such as Ouyang,,,,,, Liu Yi, Lin Xiu and Li Gangtian. From the basic theory of calligraphy, calligraphy creation practice to calligraphy art appreciation, there have been breakthroughs. He wrote in his long poem "Miscellaneous Feelings of Learning Books": "It takes more than forty years to reach one, and it is easy for a writer to write about himself. Learning books is not for fame and fortune, but for a group of cigarettes. " It is his true feelings and good mentality in learning calligraphy. His calligraphy works have won the third prize in the National Calligraphy Competition of "Welcome to the Olympics" in China, the second prize in the Second National Calligraphy Competition of "China Celebrity" and the gold medal in the first National Calligraphy Competition of "Oriental Cup" in China. Some of his works have been compiled into large-scale books such as Selected Works of China Calligraphers (1900— 1999), China Art Exhibition and Collection Guide, and China Calligraphy Exhibition. The long scroll "The Preface of Nine Treatises on Peace" was collected by Henan Provincial Archives Bureau. Poetry is mainly composed of seven-character ancient poems, regardless of even words, paying attention to emotional expression, creating artistic conception and giving philosophy. Poetry, novels, essays and essays are often published in Henan Daily, Zhengzhou Evening News, Henan Youth, Calligraphy Guide and Selected Poems of China. In 2000, he was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Artist of China Art Fair" by the Ministry of Culture.
