The floor thickness gauge is an important instrument for measuring the probe thickness of cast-in-place floor, stainless steel electric heating tube, PT 100 sensor, fluid solenoid valve, cast aluminum heater, heating ring concrete or other non-ferromagnetic media such as walls, columns, beams, wood, ceramics and other nonmetal and humidity sensors. The floor thickness gauge can measure without damaging the sample. Compared with the traditional measurement method, its measurement value is accurate and the error is small. The floor thickness gauge works based on electromagnetic wave kinematics, dynamics and current electronic technology. It is mainly composed of signal transmitting, receiving, signal processing and signal display units. When the probe receives the electromagnetic signal from the transmitting probe, the signal processing unit analyzes it according to the kinematic characteristics of the electromagnetic wave, automatically calculates the distance from the transmitting probe to the receiving probe, that is, the thickness of the test board, and completes the display, storage and transmission of the thickness value.
