Non-registered households who have no housing in the restricted housing area, hold Xi residence permit and pay social insurance or personal income tax continuously in Xi within 6 months before the date of purchase can buy 1 set of second-hand houses.

Previously, the condition for non-Xi households to purchase the first second-hand house was that they must hold a residence permit in Xi and pay social insurance or personal income tax in Xi for two years before the date of purchase.

The "Notice" clarifies that all kinds of talents who have been approved to introduce purchase houses in the restricted purchase area of resettlement houses in Xi City do not need to provide social insurance or personal income tax related certification materials.

Families with two children and above who meet the housing purchase conditions in Xi can purchase 1 new house on the basis of the number of housing units in the housing purchase restriction area. When the third house purchased by a family with two or more children is a newly-built commercial house, it should be classified as an "ordinary family".

Xi Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau explained that families with two or more children include couples with legal marriage relationship and families raising two or more minor children according to law; Divorced or widowed spouses, families that raise more than two minor children according to law.

For families with two or more children registered in Xi, the number of housing purchase restrictions has increased from 2 sets to 3 sets. To buy a third house, you must settle down for 3 years.
