Zhongjiang County, alias Kaicheng, Xuanwu and Wucheng, belongs to Deyang City, Sichuan Province. Located in the northwest of Sichuan Basin, it is connected to Chengdu in the west, Mianyang in the north and Suining in the south. The county covers an area of 2,200 square kilometers and governs 30 towns, 436 administrative villages and 86 communities. It is a typical hilly agricultural county and human resources county in the province. It has been rated as "National Advanced County of Grain Production" and "National Strong County of Food Industry".
Zhongjiang Zhou belongs to Shu State, Qin belongs to Shu County, and Han belongs to Yun County. In the Three Kingdoms, Wucheng County was located in Shu, Xuanwu was changed to Sui County, and Xuanwu was changed to Zhongjiang in Song Dynasty. It has a history of thousands of years. It has produced a large number of historical celebrities, such as Susan Tongshan (Su Yijian, Su Shunqin and Su Shunyuan) and Chen Baoyin, the first translator of Das Kapital.
