Complaint requirements:
When making a complaint, the identity information and complaint documents of the complainant shall be submitted. If a complaint is made by oral, letter or email, the complainant shall confirm his identity and complaint content within ten working days from the date of complaint.
If the competent department of human resources and social security considers it necessary to supplement and correct the relevant evidential materials, it shall inform the complainant in writing at one time to supplement and correct them.
