② Real estate with Grade II qualification: If it is Grade II qualification, the building area that the developer can undertake is less than 250,000 square meters, the registered capital of the developer cannot be less than 20 million, and the developer must be engaged in development and operation for more than three years.
③ Grade III qualified real estate: The building area that the developer can undertake is below 200,000 square meters, and the registered capital of the enterprise is not less than 8 million. Developers should be engaged in development and operation for more than 2 years, and the accumulated completed area should exceed 50,000 square meters.
④ Grade IV qualified real estate: The building area that the developer can undertake should be below 654.38+10,000 square meters, and the registered capital of the enterprise should be no less than 1 10,000. Developers should be engaged in development and operation for more than one year, and the total qualified rate of developers' construction completion quality should reach 654.38+000%.
