Article 5 The management of housing provident fund in this Municipality follows the principles of decision-making by the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee, operation of the housing provident fund management center, special account storage and financial supervision.

Eighth citizens, legal persons and other organizations have the right to make policy advice and complaints to the city housing provident fund management center, and the city housing provident fund management center shall reply or feedback the results within the prescribed time limit.
