It is reported that Xindong Station is located in the central and eastern part of Licheng District, Jinan City, northeast of the main urban area, about 15 km away from the urban area. The planning scope covers Qing Ji Expressway in the north, Ji Jiao Railway in the south, Hedaxin River in the west and Ring Expressway in the east, including two sub-district offices, Wangsheren and Baoshan. In terms of spatial pattern, the new East Station area is planned to form a spatial development pattern of "one belt, one axis, two centers and many pieces": "one belt" refers to the eastern modern service industry gathering area, "one axis" refers to the urban development axis of Industrial North Road, "two centers" refers to the development core in front of the station and the public center of the area, and "many pieces" refers to the residential and living areas, strategic emerging industrial areas, warehousing and logistics areas and ports.
In the urban design of the core area, Wangsheren District will be the core area of Xindong Station, with a total area of about 46.5 square kilometers. Wangsheren District will develop business services, business office, airport economy, tourism services, headquarters office, scientific and technological research and development, cultural creativity and strategic emerging industries, and turn the core area into the northeast gateway area of Jinan's main city, assume the function of the sub-center of Jinan's northeast city, and provide business services, cultural entertainment, sports and leisure, scientific and technological research and development and other service facilities for the surrounding areas. The plan defines the core area as the new engine of the strategic rise of Jinan metropolitan area, the new platform for industrial upgrading of peninsula urban agglomeration and the sub-center of high-speed rail airport integrated city. It is planned to form a spatial structure of "One Belt, Two Axes and Two Hearts": "One Belt" refers to the modern service industry gathering area in the east, "Two Axes" refers to the urban development axis of Industrial North Road and the development axis of central towns, and "Two Hearts" refers to the hub of Xindong Station and the core of modern service industry.
Jinan New East Station Jigang Relocation
The person in charge of Jinan Planning Bureau said that as the new gateway and sub-center of modern intercity in Jinan, the planning and construction of Xindong Station has been highly valued by the municipal government. Jinan City Planning Bureau entrusted Mr. Peter Kasop, an international master of urban planning, to carry out conceptual planning research on Xindong Station and practice the planning concept of "new urbanism". On the basis of regional research, a conceptual urban design is made for the area about 18 square kilometers south of expressway, north of Yegong North Road, east of Daxin River and west of Hanzang River in Qing Ji. After expert argumentation in March this year, it is now deepening and improving. After the completion of the planning results, it will be unified into the statutory planning. The regulatory detailed planning of Xindong Station will be the basis of planning management after demonstration, publicity and approval in accordance with legal procedures.
According to the revision of the regulatory detailed planning of Jinan Central City, the regulatory detailed planning of Xindong Station is scheduled to be completed by the end of June next year. However, due to the construction of Taijiqing Railway, intercity railway and subway,
Major issues such as the relocation of Jigang have not yet been finalized, which has a great impact on the planning of this area, and the completion period of the regulatory planning may be delayed compared with the original planning.
According to the planning scheme of Jinan New East Station proposed by the railway department, the new East Station will be equipped with Shijie Passenger Dedicated Line, Qing Ji High-speed Railway and Intercity Railway Station. The final scale of station construction will be determined after the feasibility study report is approved by relevant departments.
In addition, the location of the regional resettlement area should not only coordinate the overall layout of urban planning, but also respect the wishes of villagers (residents), which will be implemented in the regional control work.
