Chongren Ancient Town, located in the west of Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, has a history of nearly a thousand years. Formerly known as Xinghua Village, Yimen Qiushi, sealed by the emperor, moved here from Wuzhou during the Xining period of the Northern Song Dynasty. Qiu Shi advocates benevolence and righteousness, hence the name Chongren. Since the Southern Song Dynasty, there have been many talented people, including four scholars, 38 juren and dozens of officials.
Chongren is a beautiful and quiet ancient town in the south of the Yangtze River. It still retains a huge ancient architectural complex. Of course, Ma is the most famous chess player in Chongren. His ancestral home is Chongren, and he was inspired by Chongren Dong.
