Welcome to our center for consultation. In order to provide you with better service and help, our center has formulated this agreement and notified it as follows. Please read it carefully.
1. The consultation appointment system is implemented in our center. Please don't change the time and place of consultation after you confirm with the counselor. In case of special circumstances, please inform at least half a working day in advance (our center's telephone number for consultation and appointment is 0371-64561001). If not informed, the consultation will be cancelled and the next consultation time will be arranged separately.
Please come to consult at the appointed time, neither too early nor too late. If you are late for more than 15 minutes (inclusive), this consultation will be cancelled and the next consultation will be arranged separately.
3. Psychological counseling is that psychological counselors help you solve various problems. The success of consultation depends largely on your attitude and actions of active participation.
Depending on your cooperation and the severity of the problem, the consultation may take one or more times to complete, sometimes it will be repeated or even repeated, and some problems are even difficult to solve perfectly. Each consultation takes about 45-50 minutes.
In order to make the consultation more effective, the interval between each consultation should be at least 3 days, usually 7 days. After each consultation, the consultant will tell you the next consultation time.
6. During the consultation process, the consultant will give you some homework according to your questions, which will be of great help to your growth. Please finish it carefully.
7. The consultation provided by our center is free, so please don't worry about the cost. The consultation of this center is confidential, and any information and personal behavior about you is only known by the consultant himself. However, if your behavior is serious, such as self-injury or other injuries, which violate the law, we will be duty-bound to break the confidentiality principle, and we will report relevant information to relevant departments and personnel in time to prevent accidents.
