Article 8 After receiving the work log filled in by the village (community) legal adviser in the management system, the Town Street Judicial Office shall confirm and fill in the comments within 5 days, and the confirmation of the current month's log shall be completed before the 3rd of the following month at the latest.
Ninth town street judicial office shall collect all the work logs of the previous year before the end of February of the following year, and arrange and file them according to the requirements of one village and one book.
Tenth work log fraud is verified, will not be used as a village (community) legal adviser to carry out the work of the certificate, inspection and assessment of the work log part does not score.
If the village (community) legal adviser has the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the judicial office or the judicial administrative organ at the county level shall report to the local law firm and the municipal judicial bureau. Law firms should criticize and educate them and order them to make corrections within a time limit; Refuses to correct or appears more than twice (including twice) in violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the law firm shall replace the village (community) legal adviser.
