The elevator daily maintenance unit must obtain the elevator maintenance qualification license.
(2) Equipped with technicians, office space, construction equipment, tools, measuring tools and testing equipment that meet the daily maintenance business requirements; Having a sound quality assurance system and relevant management systems; Set up more than 2 elevator safety supervisors and obtain elevators.
(3) Go to the Construction Management Office of the Municipal Construction Committee or the Technical Supervision Bureau to receive the elevator installation and maintenance enterprise qualification declaration form;
(4) Fill in relevant contents according to the requirements of the Application Form for Qualification of Elevator Installation and Maintenance Enterprises;
(5) Submit the completed elevator installation and maintenance enterprise qualification declaration form and related materials to the Construction Management Office of the Municipal Construction Committee or the Technical Supervision Bureau.

This standard is applicable to traction or compulsory passenger elevators, sickbed elevators and freight elevators driven by electricity.
