It is planned to introduce 12 college graduates with master's degree or above.
The scope of colleges and universities is domestic ordinary colleges and universities (research institutes) and universities outside the country (territory). Graduates from online colleges and adult education colleges of relevant universities, and college graduates entrusted, on-the-job and oriented training are not included in the scope of introduction.
For the post conditions and related requirements of talent introduction, please refer to the Post Table of Outstanding Young Talents in Shanghe County Institutions 202 1 (attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the post table).
Second, qualifications.
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Good political quality, good ideological and moral character, law-abiding, good conduct, dedication, good teamwork spirit and strong organizational and practical ability;
3. Be able to adapt to the needs of the post, have the comprehensive quality and professional level required to perform their duties, and obey the organizational arrangements;
4. Good health, hard work and good psychological quality;
5. Doctoral students are under 35 years old (1985165438+10/2) and master students are under 30 years old (1990 65438+ 10).
6. If the post has household registration restrictions, the applicant's household registration must be obtained before 2021112 (the date of announcement).
7. Other qualifications that meet the requirements of the post.
If "fresh graduates" are indicated in the post conditions and requirements related to talent introduction, they must be fresh graduates in 20021year (including college graduates who have not implemented their work units during the transfer period of 20 19 and 2020).
Persons who have been criminally punished and dismissed from public office, those who are suspected of violating discipline and law and are being examined by the relevant authorities and have not yet reached a conclusion, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen, those who have been executed due to dishonesty and those who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam, and non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities are not allowed to apply for the exam on the condition of obtaining academic degrees. Applicants can't apply for the unit in avoidance relationship.
Three. Registration and qualification examination
Registration is conducted by unified time, online registration and online preliminary examination.

Materials to be submitted for online registration:

(4) Restrict the position of "fresh graduates", and applicants need to submit personal written documents that have not been implemented in the work unit (see Annex 4); Restrict the location of "Shanghe Household Registration" and require applicants to submit index pages and personal pages of household registration books. There are other restrictions, but also need to provide the corresponding certification materials.
(5) If the on-the-job personnel apply for registration, they shall submit the Notice of Approval of Registration issued by the department or unit with the authority of employing people; Returnees from studying abroad are required to provide another scanned copy of overseas academic qualifications and degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; 202 1 Full-time college graduates who have not obtained a diploma or degree certificate at the time of registration shall provide the online verification report of the Ministry of Education (including the QR code within the validity period) downloaded by Xuexin.com. ..
Candidates are requested to submit electronic scanned copies of the above materials in PDF format according to the actual situation, which must be clear, and package and compress the materials required for registration and send them to mengqinghua9827@jn.shandong.cn as attachments. The naming format of mail and attachment compressed package is "company name+name+mobile phone number".
If the application materials and information submitted are inaccurate, incomplete or do not meet the application conditions, the applicant shall bear the corresponding consequences.
(2) Qualification examination
The qualification examination of applicants runs through the whole introduction process. The results of preliminary examination shall not serve as the final basis for determining the qualification for the examination. Where in the follow-up work, it is found that those who have passed the preliminary examination do not meet the qualification for entering the examination or resort to deceit, once verified, their qualification for entering the examination and employment will be cancelled immediately. I will be informed of the results of the qualification examination by telephone, so please keep the telephone open.
After registration, if the final number of applicants does not reach 1:2, the introduction plan will be cancelled or reduced accordingly.
Four. Interviews and interviews
1. Interview. If the ratio of the number of people who plan to introduce to the qualification examination is less than 1:5, those who pass the examination will directly enter the interview; If it is higher than 1: 5, an interview can be organized according to the actual situation of the unit, and the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 5, and the interview results are not included in the examination results.
2. Interview. The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly examines the candidates' abilities and qualities such as gfd, professionalism, analysis and judgment, planning and decision-making, logical thinking, organization and coordination, learning and innovation, language expression and strain control. The interview results are graded on a scale of 100, and will be announced after the interview.
For the positions where the actual interviewers have not formed effective competition, set the minimum qualified score line, which is 80 points, and those below 80 points are not listed as the objects of investigation.

According to the interview results from high to low, the candidates are determined in turn according to the position plan 1: 1.5.
The talent introduction department formed an investigation team to inspect the candidates. Those who pass the examination will be determined from high score to low score according to the interview results; Those who fail to pass the inspection are not listed as candidates for medical examination.
Sixth, physical examination
The physical examination shall be carried out according to the civil service physical examination standards. Except in special circumstances, applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. Vacancies due to abandonment of qualified medical staff or unqualified medical examination will be filled in equal amounts from qualified personnel.
VII. Introducing publicity
According to the inspection, investigation, physical examination, etc. , it is determined that the personnel to be introduced will be publicized on the website of Shanghe County Government for 7 working days. The personnel to be introduced will not be replenished after publicity. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant procedures such as employment shall be handled. If the personnel to be introduced fail to report at the time agreed by the talent introduction organ, it shall be deemed as giving up the employment qualification. The imported personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and those who pass the probation period will be formally employed, and those who fail will be terminated. The service life of imported personnel in Shanghe County is not less than 5 years (including probation period), and they can flow in Shanghe County in an orderly manner due to work needs.
