Personal career path design: front-line operator-technical maintenance technician-assistant engineer-engineer-senior engineer-deputy chief engineer-chief engineer of the company. I have been a senior engineer for two years. If this enterprise does not develop well, it will develop in large and medium-sized enterprises.
Training preparation: get the qualification of assistant engineer within 3 years, get the qualification of engineer within 7 years, and become a senior engineer within 5 years after being an engineer. Several types of career planning
Many people realize the importance of career planning after working for a period of time. In fact, before you realize it, many of your decisions and actions have already had an impact on your career. Think about how you face the following situations:

Fill in college volunteers, follow the arrangement of parents and teachers, and choose the most popular major at that time. When I help clients with career-oriented services, I always ask them why they choose college majors. The most common answer is "I didn't know anything at first, so my parents helped me choose" and "I think this job will pay well in the future" So far, no one has made their own choice according to their own interests and abilities. I don't know why I want to take the postgraduate entrance examination and study abroad, just because most people around me do so.
Many people have thought about career planning after work, but they can't start. Parents, friends and books are all meaningful. Who should you listen to? What should we decide? Faced with many different opinions, the parties themselves have no clue.
I remembered a fabricated essay: The United Nations asked young people all over the world for their views on food shortage in other countries. As a result, Americans don't know what "other countries" mean, Europeans don't know what "lack" means, Africans don't know what "food" means, and China people don't know what "viewpoint" means.
If you carry out other people's suggestions without thinking, you will bear the consequences in the end. After all, only you can be responsible for your career.
Therefore, while consulting other people's opinions, we should have our own opinions. We should learn how to solve problems, which is more important than ready-made answers. As the saying goes, "it is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish."

In the case I consulted, many people made career decisions according to their own preferences at some stage. For example, because of emotional frustration, I quit my job to heal, I don't want to work when I fall in love, I frequently quit my job when my work is not smooth, and my income is not high to follow hot spots. ...
The most likely hidden dangers in this kind of people's career are: their career is incoherent, and they have little accumulation in various fields, so it is difficult to be promoted to middle and high levels.
Of course, it is also a good choice to follow your own heart, be content with happiness, be content with happiness, have no worries about food and clothing, and not care about success or failure in the workplace. Otherwise, you should pay more attention.
C rational type: comprehensively consider personal and workplace factors, analyze advantages and disadvantages, and formulate and implement corresponding plans.
Except for a few lucky people, most successful people in the workplace are very rational when planning their careers. They will pay attention to career information in time, fully understand themselves, set appropriate goals and work hard for them.
These three types have their own advantages and disadvantages. Dependence is the most time-saving and labor-saving, but entrusting one's own destiny to others is a dangerous thing after all; Intuitive type will be satisfied in the short term, but in the long run, it is too random and risky; Rational type is considerate, but it will take more time and energy.
If you care about the gains and losses in the workplace and pursue success in your career, if you want to have less troubles and more happiness in your career, I suggest you spend more time and energy, think more and be a "rational" person.
