The starting point of Fangcheng section in expressway, Lu Shen is located in the southeast of Xizhaolou Village, Xingzhuang Town, shenqiu county, Zhoukou City. Xingzhuang Junction Interchange is set to intersect with the newly-built expressway Shenqiu-Henan-Anhui boundary section in Jianyang, and the end point is located in the northeast of Huolongmiao Village, Hexing Town, suiping county, Zhumadian City. Changzhuang Junction Interchange is set to intersect with Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway.
Expressway, Shenlu is 390 kilometers long and passes through Shenqiu, Xiangcheng, Pingyu, Shangcai, Suiping, Wugang, Fangcheng, Nanzhao, Neixiang, Xixia and Lushi. It connects with G40 Shanghai-Shaanxi-expressway in Danfeng County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province.
