Liuzhi-Anlong Expressway starts from Yun Tong Village in the south of Liuzhi Special Zone, connects with Liuzhi-Zhenning section of Du Xiang Expressway, passes through Guanling, Huajiang, Beipanjiang, Zhexiang, Zhenfeng, Dushan, Qianxiang and Puping, ends in Muzan Town in the southwest of Anlong County, and connects with Banba of Shantou-Kunming Expressway to the bottom of the river, with a total length of about 150.029 km.
There are four interchanges 14 on the whole line of Lu' an Expressway, including four hub interchanges, four service areas, two parking areas and a viewing platform 1 seat, and necessary traffic engineering and facilities are provided along the line.
