Lose weight for a long time, do exercise, don't eat after 8 o'clock, go to bed early reasonably, go out to exercise with friends more, eat more breakfast, eat carefully at lunch, eat less at dinner, don't eat after 8 o'clock,/kloc-don't drink water after 0/2 o'clock.
