Article 18 A person who has obtained an advanced professional level certificate shall meet the following conditions:

(two) to obtain the intermediate business level certificate for more than five years, and passed the examination;

Chapter VI Evaluation and Management

Thirty-third assessment conclusion is "unqualified" or intends to cancel the business grade certificate, the provincial construction administrative department shall cancel the business grade certificate of its engineering cost professionals and make an announcement.
Article 34 The municipal construction administrative department shall, before April 30th of the following year in each assessment period, fill in the Examination Form for Professional Level of Engineering Cost Professionals in the prescribed format and form a corresponding database, and report it to the provincial construction administrative department for the record.
Article 35 If the certified personnel change their work units, they shall, within 60 days from the date of changing their work units, report the changed materials to the municipal administrative department of construction, and the municipal to provincial administrative department of construction shall go through the replacement procedures.
