After the September 18th Incident, Northeast China and eastern Inner Mongolia fell. Japanese imperialism, pushing its luck, extended its claws of aggression to the west of Inner Mongolia. They chose King De, an active Mongolian politician, as their running dog, and sent Japanese spies in various coats to and from Bailing Temple many times. The behavior of the German king openly colluding with the Japanese aggressors and betraying national interests aroused the opposition of the just Mongolian people, and the armed uprising of the German king was quietly brewing in his guard.
