Twenty-five, I have achieved nothing in my career and studies, and I feel very anxious and confused. I'm confused now! What can I do to be better?

Still confused at the age of 25 or 26, nothing can be done? You should reflect on yourself!

How can I turn over if I have achieved nothing in my career and studies? After seeing this problem, I also combined my own situation and reflected and changed myself with my equally confused partners.

First of all, let me talk about my own situation. I was born in 1995, with a college degree, and graduated for four years. I am single, in debt, and have no skills. I am in the same situation as many people. But looking back on the past few years, I really have a new feeling.

Why is the gap with my classmates getting bigger and bigger five years after graduation? After getting the diploma and seeing the last side, everyone went their separate ways. Some people stay in big cities to work hard, some people go back to their hometown to get married and have children and live a stable life, some people desperately earn money to buy a house and a car, some people study and study PhD, some people become senior civil servants, some people have started their own businesses and become successful people, more people are still doing ordinary jobs in less brilliant positions, and then envy others' achievements, and some people live a moonlight family life with a monthly salary of several thousand yuan. In the past five years, what has happened to make people have such a big gap?

Maybe everyone's reasons and circumstances are different. The following is my experience in recent years.

First, we must have a clear long-term plan for the future.

After graduating from college, my roommate A Qiang and I joined a heat exchange equipment company through school recruitment, and worked as tender making clerks. Now four years later, I'm still worried about finding a job, and A Qiang has become the head of the company's electronic control, with considerable income. Later, I learned through conversation that he found his interest after entering the company and devoted himself to it for a long time. On the other hand, I didn't think about what I wanted and what I would do in the future, and I didn't take the initiative to learn and seize the opportunity to improve myself. In the end, I did nothing and changed my job.

Secondly, I have to believe that studying for more than eight hours can widen the gap between people.

Harvard has a famous theory that the difference between people lies in their spare time, and a person's fate depends on between 8 pm and 10 pm. I thought it was chicken soup when I saw it before, but now I think it is the truth as someone who has experienced it. Within 8 hours, solve the survival problem; 8 hours away to solve the development problem.

How many people spend their time after work like this:

Pushing open the door, I lie in bed, turn on my mobile phone, brush Tik Tok and Weibo, look at my circle of friends, play games, or catch up on a new drama. At eleven o'clock in a blink of an eye, it's time to wash and sleep. So the day passed.

This environment is like boiling frogs in warm water. How many people are immersed in this fast-food entertainment after work, and spend a lot of time and energy every day but get nothing.

Spend two hours reading, studying, thinking or attending lectures and discussions every night, and you will find that your life is changing. If you persist for a few years, success will wave to you.

Third, an industry should stick to it for several years, and don't quit easily unless it is absolutely necessary.

This sentiment is really a lesson from my blood and tears. It's almost four years since graduation, and I've changed five or six jobs. Not only can't save money, but also have no experience accumulation, which is simply a waste of youth.

My first job after graduation was a tender for a heat exchanger company. The salary was not high, but I was not tired. Just graduated, never talked about anyone. I spent less money and am qualified for this job. I didn't learn anything, but I didn't have the courage to jump out of my comfort zone. In my second job, I finally made up my mind to jump out of my comfort zone, but I had difficulty in finding a job, so I went to JD.COM as a warehouse keeper. In fact, I did well during that time, but I still felt that I wanted to find a job where I could accumulate skills and resigned. Later, I changed several sales jobs, feeling that it would not work like this, and I had new thinking about the future.

Now I believe that many people will have similar experiences with me, so I want to share my daily learning changes with you and make progress together!
