Disabled people who have obtained college education or above through the nationally recognized higher education self-study exam may apply for a one-time subsidy of 4,000 yuan with their graduation certificates.
Pre-school education, compulsory education and high school education stage of disabled students assistance policies and funding channels in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Municipality.
Fourth, housing subsidies.
Disabled families or single disabled residents who have not purchased any form of policy housing or affordable housing, rented public rental housing, and received monetary housing subsidies, and family members of disabled people or single disabled residents do not own any form of housing, can apply for housing subsidies, and the subsidy standard is 3,000 yuan per year.
The term "self-owned housing" as mentioned in these Measures includes housing that has been registered according to law and housing that has not been registered but is owned by the owner or in the name of * * *.
The term "disabled family" as mentioned in these Measures refers to at least one disabled person among family members.
The term "family members and single residents" as mentioned in these Measures shall be defined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the application for affordable housing in this Municipality.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) one-time temporary subsidy
Persons with disabilities under any of the following circumstances may apply for a one-time temporary subsidy within the year, with a subsidy standard of 4,000 yuan:
(a) sudden hospitalization for major diseases or rare diseases, and long-term hospitalization for severe mental disabilities;
(two) the occurrence of major accidents such as fire, flood, traffic accident and house collapse. Except that the government has applied for annual temporary relief funds in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the application, examination and approval, distribution and management of assistance subsidies for the disabled in Shenzhen.

Article 4 Disabled persons with permanent residence in this city who enjoy the minimum living guarantee for urban and rural residents and hold disability certificates may apply for medical rehabilitation subsidies once every six months, and the subsidy standard is 100 yuan per person per month.
