Wenchang Pavilion in Changsha belongs to Tang Yin Land Temple, also known as Drum Tower. According to relevant public information, Changsha Wenchang Pavilion belongs to Tang Yin Land Temple and is located in the center of huozhou city, Shaanxi Province. It has a long history and is famous far and near. It was founded in the 11th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1583). 1986 Huoxian people's government announced it as a county-level key cultural relics protection unit.
