Article 2 of the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Sick Leave for Enterprise Employees is to ensure the life of employees during sick leave, and to adhere to and improve the measures for sick leave, non-work-related injuries and return to work for enterprise employees. If an employee needs to take a vacation due to illness, it shall be subject to the administrative examination and approval of the enterprise with the "sick leave certificate" issued by the enterprise medical institution or designated hospital. Workers who need to be transferred to long-term rest due to illness or non-work-related injuries shall be identified by the enterprise labor ability appraisal committee (group) according to the disease certificate issued by the enterprise medical institution or designated hospital, reported to the enterprise for administrative examination and approval, and notified in writing to the employees.
